Important Information Regarding COVID-19 from Exeter Toyota

 

 

 

 

 

To our valued customers: With respect to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees and community.  With this focus paramount, we'd like to ensure that you are aware of the precautionary measures we are taking at Exeter Toyota.

Deep Cleaning:

We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the dealership.  We have removed some of our Service Lounge amenities, including cookies and hot drinks, but they are still available.  Please just ask for assistance.

Hours of Operation:

Parts & Service Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment only.

Sales Hours: By appointment Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Please visit our Digital Showroom anytime at www.exetertoyota.ca.  The Sales Team is available online for Live Chat, by phone at (519) 235-2353 or email at sales@exeter.toyota.ca

 

Our Employees:

Our employees have been asked to self-isolate if they have shown any symptoms or if they have traveled outside of Canada within the past 14 days.

Our Service:

Service Technicians and Service Advisors are wearing protective gloves.  Customer's vehicle are equipped with protective seat covers and are disinfected after servicing.

Customer loaners and the Customer Shuttle vehicle is disinfected after each use.

Vehicle Pick-up and Drop-off:

As always, purchased vehicles can be delivered to your home, complete with paperwork.

For service during regular hours, vehicles can dropped of in the service area parking lot.  After-hours please take advantage of our after-hours drop box located between the two service drive-thru doors.  Please remember to complete your contact information.

Online Availability:

We're happy to answer any sales or service related questions you may have by phone, email, live chat or video call.
