Important Information Regarding COVID-19 from Exeter Toyota

Exeter Toyota is open for Sales, Test Drives, Service and Parts by Appointment

To our valued customers: With respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we remain focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees and community.  With this focus paramount, we'd like to ensure that you are aware of the precautionary measures we are taking at Exeter Toyota.

Entering the Dealership:

Face coverings are required upon entry to the dealership and must be worn for the duration of your visit.  If you are unable to wear a face mask, please make arrangements to leave your vehicle with us for service.

Please sanitize hands upon entry.  Hand Sanitizing stations are located at each entrance.  Hand sanitizer is also located around the dealership including sales office and service lounge.

Service customers will find seating spread out in the service lounge and new seating located around the showroom.

Please follow the floor markings in Service Reception upon check-in and check-out to maintain distancing.

Deep Cleaning:

We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the dealership.  We have removed some of our Service Lounge amenities, including cookies and hot drinks.  Please ask an Advisor or Reception for assistance.

Hours of Operation:

Parts & Service Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.  Call (519) 235-2353 or email to book a service appointment.

Sales Hours: Our Showroom is open from Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00, Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Need an evening appointment?  Just ask...we're here to help!

Our Digital Showroom is open 24/7 at and you can Live Chat with a real Exeter Toyota Sales advisor.

Our Employees:

Our staff are screened daily and have been asked to self-isolate if they show any symptoms, have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case, or if they have traveled outside of Ontario within the past 14 days.

Masks are required to worn by all employees and desks are equipped with protective shields.

Our Service:

Service Technicians and Service Advisors are taking all necessary precautions.  Customer's vehicle are equipped with protective seat covers and are disinfected after servicing.

Customer loaners are disinfected after each use.

Vehicle Pick-up and Drop-off:

As always, vehicles purchased at Exeter Toyota can be picked-up and delivered to your home at no-charge, and paperwork can be completed by email and digital signature.

For service during operating hours:  Effective Tuesday, February 16 the Drive-Thru will be open.  Please pull in for service check-in.  We ask for only one family member per appointment to help manage capacity requirements.  We also ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

For Service after-hours: After-hours drop box is located between the drive-thru doors.  Please leave your vehicle in the service area parking lot.  Remember to complete your contact information and lock your car doors before dropping the envelope in the drop box.
