COVID-19 Service Commitment

At Exeter Toyota, we're committed to providing the highest level of service and products to our customers.  We want to assure you that our team is continuing to follow the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local, provincial and national health authorities.  We would like to provide you with the following update about the precautions our team is taking within our Exeter Toyota Service Centre:

NEW Service Drop-Off Process at the dealership:

During regular service hours you may drop your vehicle off in the designated service parking lot area.  Call (519) 235-2353 to let our Service Team know you have arrived and they will come meet you in the parking lot.

After hours please continue to use our after-hours drop box, located between the Drive-Thru Service doors.  Please remember to fill in your name, contact information and service required.

NEW Contactless Pick-up Drop-off Service:

If you are located in the Exeter or surrounding area vehicles can be picked up and delivered at no charge.  Vehicles will be disinfected upon delivery, and team members to maintain distance during drop-off.  For more information please call the service department at (519) 235-2353.

Deep Cleaning

We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the dealership.  We have removed some service amenities, such as cookies and hot drinks, however these are still available with assistance.

Toyota Touch

Our team is leveraging specific Toyota Touch products to disinfect key surfaces in each vehicle we service.

Parts and Service Hours of Operation:

We are open from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment.  Please call (519) 235-2353 or email serviceadv@exeter.toyota.ca to schedule an appointment time.

As we navigate through this unfamiliar territory, we ask for your patience and cooperation.  Please, do not enter the dealership if you are feeling unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms, have traveled outside of Canada with the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone recently diagnosed with COVID-19 or who is presenting symptoms.

We also ask that customers practice safe distancing within the dealership to protect our employees and other guests.
