COVID-19 Service Commitment
At Exeter Toyota, we're committed to providing the highest level of service and products to our customers. We want to assure you that our team is continuing to follow the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local, provincial and national health authorities. We would like to provide you with the following update about the precautions our team is taking within our Exeter Toyota Service Centre:
NEW Service Drop-Off Process at the dealership:
During regular service hours: Our service department remains open by appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, please park in the service parking lot and walk into the dealership. A Service Advisor will greet you and unlock the service doors for you to enter. We ask for only one family member per appointment. We also request that you reschedule your service appointment if you are feeling unwell, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
After hours please continue to use our after-hours drop box, located between the Drive-Thru Service doors. Please remember to fill in your name, contact information, service required and lock your vehicle doors.
NEW Contactless Pick-up Drop-off Service:
If you are located in the Exeter, Grand Bend, Lucan or surrounding area vehicles can be picked up and delivered at no charge. Vehicles will be disinfected upon delivery, and team members to maintain distance during drop-off. For more information please call the service department at (519) 235-2353.
We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the dealership. We have removed some service amenities, such as cookies and hot drinks, however these are still available with assistance.
Our team is leveraging specific Toyota Touch products to disinfect key surfaces in each vehicle we service.

As we navigate through this unfamiliar territory, we ask for your patience and cooperation. We also ask that customers practice safe distancing within the dealership to protect our employees and other guests.
