COVID-19 Service Commitment

At Exeter Toyota, we're committed to providing the highest level of service and products to our customers.  We want to assure you that our team is continuing to follow the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local, provincial and national health authorities.  We would like to provide you with the following update about the precautions our team is taking within our Exeter Toyota Service Centre:

Service Appointment Arrival:

During regular service hours

Our service department remains open by appointment and the Drive-Thru is now open, but with limited space.  If the Drive-Thru is full, please park in the Service Parking area and bring in your keys.  We ask for only one family member per appointment to help us maintain physical distancing.

Effective Friday, July 17 face coverings are required upon entry to the dealership as recommended by the Huron Perth Medical Office.

Please sanitize hands upon entry.  Hand sanitizing stations are located at both Service and Sales Reception, as well as throughout the dealership including the customer waiting lounge and coffee bar.

We also request that you reschedule your service appointment if you are feeling unwell, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

After hours

Please continue to use our after-hours drop box, located between the Drive-Thru Service doors.  Remember to complete your name, contact information, service required and lock your vehicle doors.

Service Reception:

Hand sanitizing stations are located at both Service and Sales Reception and Floor markings are in place to help maintain physical distancing

NEW Contactless Pick-up/Drop-off Service:

If you are located in the Exeter, Grand Bend, Lucan or surrounding area vehicles can be picked up and delivered at no charge.  Vehicles will be disinfected upon delivery, and team members to maintain distance during drop-off.  For more information please call the service department at (519) 235-2353.

Deep Cleaning

We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the dealership.  We have removed some service amenities, such as cookies and hot drinks, however these are still available with assistance.

Toyota Touch

Our team is leveraging specific Toyota Touch products to disinfect key surfaces in each vehicle we service.

Parts and Service Hours of Operation:

We are open from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment.  Please call (519) 235-2353 or email serviceadv@exeter.toyota.ca to schedule an appointment time.

As we navigate through this unfamiliar territory, we ask for your patience and cooperation.  We also ask that customers practice safe distancing within the dealership to protect our employees and other guests.

As we continue to monitor the situation and provide updates, we want all of our customers to know that you are very important to us.   We are fully committed to being responsive and navigating through this situation with everyone's safety in mind.  Together, we will get through this.
